I was completely new to hiring contractors for any purpose whatsoever. I was referred to Smith Construction Services through a friend and I was not disappointed. Seeing my house transform from an old dated townhouse to basically a new home was exhilarating and cathartic. David and his team were extremely professional and courteous. He made sure his workers did everything right. I had new floors new paint and a new bathroom setup by David and his team. On top of all of this his estimate was extremely reasonable and he stayed completely within the budget even after additional unseen road blocks in my home slowed them down. I'll be using David and his team from now on for any home improvement project. You will not be disappointed.
